Cemetery Fees – 1st April 2020

All of our fees and charges are published in April

* Concessionary fees apply where the deceased is an inhabitant or parishioner of the parish of Whitchurch and Marbury District Parish at time of death or has been a resident/parishioner in the last 2 years. The Funeral Director will always be responsible for arranging the digging of graves (in accordance with national guidelines) and for the payment of the officiating Clergy. No charge for either of these items will appear on the Council Notice of Interment/Invoices. All fees are to be paid prior to any interment and are authorised with effect from 1st April 2020.

Whitchurch Town Council Regulations govern the types of memorials, size and material that are allowed. Before any memorial may be erected in the cemetery, a memorial application must be made to and written permission obtained from the Clerk of the Council and the required fee paid before proceeding.
